Senator Chris Nwankwo

Senator Chris Chukwuma Nwankwo (born September 30, 1941) represents Ebonyi South Senatorial District. He was elected under the Peoples Democratic Party and is up for re-election May 2015.

Senator Nwankwo is the Vice-Chairman of the Senate Services Committee and member of the Water Resources Committee.

Senator Nwankwo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Prior to joining the Senate, Senator Nwankwo was a farmer.

He is a recipient of the Officer of the Order of Niger of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (OFR).
