Instructions for Completing Business Listing Form

Check one: Click the first box if this is the first time your business is being listed with EbonyiOnline.com. Click the second box if you want to update information for a business already listed with EbonyiOnline.com.

Business name: Spell out all business names in full – do not abbreviate. Capitalize the first letters of all proper names. Here is a good example: God’s Time Travel and Tours, Incorporated

Business address: Spell out all business addresses – do not abbreviate. Example: 35 Water Works Road, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State

Business phone: List the phone number a customer can use to contact the business, owner or manager. If there is more than one phone number, use a comma to separate each of them.

Business email: List the email address a customer can use to contact the business, owner or manager. If there is more than one email address, use a comma to separate each of them.

Business website: If your business does not have a website, do not write anything in this box.

Type of business: Indicate the type of business, example: Tailor, Mechanic, Architect, Restaurant, etc.

Business hours: Indicate the days and times your business opens for business and when it closes for business. Example, Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Short description of your business: Use this section to write a short description of the products or services you provide. This is your opportunity to tell potential customers why they should consider doing business with you. Keep the description to 20 words or less in order for your business to be listed for free. If you would like to use more space and/or add pictures to fully describe your business, contact us to discuss advertisement rates.

Business owner’s first name: Write the first name of the business owner, manager or authorized business representative.

Business owner’s last name: Write the surname or last name of the business owner, manager or authorized business representative.

Business owner’s phone: Do not write anything in this box if the business owner’s phone is the same as the one listed as the business phone. If the phone number is different, include it here.

Business owner’s email: Do not write anything in this box if the business owner’s email address is the same as the one listed as the business email. If the email address is different, include it here.
